The taxes minused from your savings acount, is it tax dedcutable?
I have a savings account and an cd account that is yiels like 4.65%. And I noticed that there is some deductions at the years end. I was just wondering when you file your yearly taxes, is possible to get this refunded. If so, how?
That is not a tax.
It's a service charge, a fee charged by the bank.
It isn't deductible.
